VIP SKINCare & BOTOX Membership

Service Description

With our special VIP Membership program, we make it convenient for each patient to receive the lowest price on an individualized Preventative SKINCare approach and BOTOX treatments. This Membership includes BOTOX & SKINCare from Dr. Amber Beckenhauer & HH Medical Team to address all SKIN needs from prevention to treatment. On average, most patients will need BOTOX every 3-4 months. In this membership, you will receive 120 units of BOTOX annually to put towards your lip flip, keeping your brows lifted, or stop lines and wrinkles from reappearing. Any units needed above & beyond, will be charged at $9/unit. The 120 units will start over/replenish at your annual anniversary date. The units that go UNUSED will NOT be able to roll over from year to year and will be lost when the new membership year begins. Other "perks" of the VIP Membership include (2) OBAGI Superficial Chemical Peels and (2) SkintrinsiQ Facials each year, (1) SKIN Consultation with Dr. B or Mindy, APRN, $100 OFF Each PRP Treatment, and 20% off all Skin Care Products (OBAGI & Revision). The monthly membership fee: $189/Month with A One-Time Startup Fee Of $299. Initial Memberships must be 1 year in length, and then may be cancelled at anytime thereafter. If you desire to discontinue care/membership, you may do so at anytime at 1yr+, but any unused services and/or Botox will be voided at the time of membership termination. *Up to $900+ in annual savings* NOTE: Total of 4 BOTOX treatments per year scheduled every 90 days, appts must be booked 72 hrs in advance to assure product & staff availability.
