Annual Skin Exam by Family Practice Physician, Amber Beckenhauer, DO, as well as Board Certified Physician Assistant, Matt Garris. An appointment for patients that believe on staying local for their care, and are looking for a full skin/dermatology exam which includes assessment for atypical moles of concern for skin cancer, pesky skin lesions that cause itching or are bothersome, etc. We will then review a treatment plan for removal and/or annual monitoring.
Cancellation Policy
MUST CALL/EMAIL to SCHEDULE and/or determine availability. Please contact us by phone/email at least 24 hrs in advance. When scheduling appt, patient will be asked to pay $50 Retainer Fee to hold their appt. This will NOT be refunded, but can be applied to your rescheduled appt or use as credit on product in the HH Market.
