This Membership includes Medical Care from Dr. Amber Beckenhauer to address all wellness needs. On average, it will take almost 90 days to begin our medical/wellness relationship, investigate details of your medical history old & new, as well as create a new individualized plan for you. The fees for the first 3 months are as follows, $299 Month 1, $229 Month 2 & 3. If you desire to continue care with Dr. Beckenhauer, starting Month 4 and going forward, the fees will be: $119/mo.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone atleast 24 hrs in advance. Your $50 retainer fee will not be refunded, but can be used towards your rescheduled appt.
